In May 29, 1953,  11:30 a.m. It was a first day history on Mount Everest, that day, Tenzing Norgay Sherpa from Khumbu Nepal and Edmund Hillary from Nez Zealand conquered Mt. Everest for the first time ever. Before that, many mountaineers tried to climb the world’s tallest mountain but without success. However that day, Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary climbed the summit of Mt. Everest taking the South Col route to inspire climbers worldwide and set a new benchmark in Everest expeditions.Mt. Everest lies in the Khumbu region which acts as Nepal-Tibet border. The north face of the tallest peak faces Nepal while the south face looks towards Tibet. Climbing Everest is possible from both Nepalese as well as Tibetan sides.  However, the climbing Mt. Everest from the southern face is more popular not least because China closed Tibetan borders during the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution (popularly known as Cultural Revolution) led by Mao Zedong.Mt. Everest expeditions are not easy and definitely are not cheap. However, the gigantic mountain stands tall as the challenge of the highest order for mountaineers worldwide. People are fascinated about the idea of not only climbing Mt. Everest but also setting records on the process. There are numerous records that have been set while scaling it and not less than a thousand mountaineers attempt to climb Mt. Everest each year from Nepal, there is imminent risk at conducting Everest expeditions. The extremely challenging altitudes and the resulting air pressure or lack of that,  unforgiving weather conditions that can change without warnings and the sheer challenge of the world’s tallest peak all contribute to increase the difficulty of Everest expeditions. These challenges always inspire us to work relentlessly to tailor the best and the safest Everest expedition for you. Our decades of experience has taught us to never stop learning and never stop getting better, the risk is there and so is the achievement- not many can call to have conquered the world’s tallest.April, May, October and November are traditionally believed to be the best months to attempt to climb Everest.
